Ciaooo is an independent Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of Manchester. We make our pizzas from slow-rising sourdough, baked at 450 degrees.

The cooking process locks in the natural moisture and aromas to create a delicious crust that accompanies the delightful combination of toppings. A thin base in the middle, a high fluffy crust at the edge.

The rest is a short menu done properly. San Marzano DOP tomato, fior di latte, wild boar salami, nduja, friarielli. A whole section finished with burrata – hence the #burratahousemcr on the window. Vegan cheese and gluten free bases across the board, and Lory's tiramisu at the end of it.
